We have no hidden fees and everything you need to camp is included at no extra cost. We offer a one of a kind service we are sure you will appreciate. Please note. There is a $50.00 fee already calculated in the price on our rates page for 2 night only rentals. If you reserve for 3 nights or more this fee is waived. Depending on the distance of your campground there maybe a extra fee required.

We offer delivery and pick up within 125 miles from Disney World. We include complete set up so your ready to start enjoying your camping trip. Beds are made, Bedding, Hand Towels, Bath Towels Wash Cloths, Dishes, Silverware, Coffee Pot etc. all included at no extra charge.

Full Payment is due no later then 48hours before delivery day unless other arrangements have been made.

We accept all major credit cards including American Express over the phone or via paypal.

There is a $200 security/reservation deposit for rvs. This is 100% refundable within 7 days of your last rental date as long as there is no damage to the rv and you do not cancel within 30 days of your reservation and the unit is returned clean as when you received it.. This amount guarantees your reservation dates and is also applied as your security deposit. The $200 security/reservation deposit is not applied to your total bill.

Early Return: There are no refunds for any unused days. 

We will refund all or part of your $200 security deposit if you need to cancel as follows:

100% refunded if you cancel before 30days.

75% refunded if you cancel within 21days.

50% refunded if you cancel within days 14days.

0% refunded if you cancel within 7days.

Delivery/pickup/setup/beds are made within 125 miles of Disney World.

Please contact us if your campground is more then 125 miles from Disney Fort Wilderness Campground for we maybe able to accommodate you.

We ask of you to please follow these few simple rules and to treat our property like it's your own.

There is NO SMOKING in our units, if we smell smoke or any signs of it being smoked in you will forfit your entire deposit.

No pets are allowed in our units. If a pet or pet odors are present you will forfit your entire deposit. (In the future we will have a pet friendly unit for rent.)
