Do you Deliver and Set Up to other Campgrounds besides Fort Wilderness Campground?
Our preferred campgrounds are Fort Wilderness and West Gate River Ranch Resorts. However, with a minimum of a six night rental, we are able to deliver and set up to other campgrounds within our local area. Please contact us if you are considering another campground. For some events this does not apply.

How does the process work when renting a camper for Fort Wilderness Campground?
We arrive at Fort Wilderness between 10am and 3pm. Once you notify us of your campsite assignment, we proceed to set up the camper. A brief presentation of the camper will be provided if requested.
Fort Wilderness Check in/Check out Times?
Official Fort Wilderness check in time is 3pm and official check out time is 11am. Please note: when checking out we ask of you to kindly depart at 9:30a.m. We need this time to break down the camper so that we will be in compliance with Disney’s 11 a.m. check out time.
I’m camping with friends; can we get a campsite next to or across from each other?
The answer to this is most of the time, as long as you have this requested on your Disney reservation. You will need to notify Disney Reservations and have your reservations linked together.
Can we have a fire at Fort Wilderness Campground?
Yes, However it must be in a Fort Wilderness Approved Fire Pit and there can not be any burn bans in place.
Do you rent the Fort Wilderness Approved Fire Pit?
We are no longer renting the Disney Approved Fire Pits.
Can you book our Disney Fort Wilderness campsite for us?
Yes, we are registered Disney Travel agents and can save you money and time when we book your campsite along with meal plans and tickets if needed. Ask us for a quote on a campsite and ticket package for your next camping trip!
Can I put a travel trailer on a tent/pop up site?
No, a travel trailer must go on a full hook up, premium or a preferred campsite.
What classifies a Preferred Campsite (Fort Wilderness Campground only)
Preferred campsites can accommodate some of our RVS and are the 100 200 300 loops and have partial concrete pads with the rest being of coquina shell rock and are located in the rear of the campground close to the Marina making it easy to walk to the ferry to take you over to the Magic Kingdom, the Wilderness Lodge or the Contemporary Resort.
What classifies a Premium Campsite (Fort Wilderness Campground only)
Premium campsites can accommodate all RVS and are the 400 500 600 700 800 900 1000 1100 1200 1300 1400 loops and have a larger all concrete pad and are located through out the campground.
What classifies Full Hook Up Campsite? (Fort Wilderness Campground only)
Full Hook up campsites can accommodate many of our RVS and are the 1600 1700 1800 1900 2100 loops and have a small coquina shell rock pad in the back of the site.
What classifies tent/pop up campsite?, (Fort Wilderness Campground)
Tent Pop up campsites can accommodate Hybrid campers and Pop Up Campers Only and are located in the 1500 and 2000 loops. (No sewer drain)
How much does it cost to reserve a camper?
There is a 100% refundable $250 reservation/security deposit required on all camper rentals and is due at time of reserving your camper. Please see our terms page regarding our cancellation policy.

When is the rental fee due?
Your rental fee is not due until 14 days before your first reservation date. For Holidays and Special Events, the rental fee is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
Do you have any hidden or extra fees?
When renting a camper for Disney Fort Wilderness Campground there are no hidden fees. There is 7% county/state tax added to all rentals. If you would like to pay for your rental invoice with a credit card, there is a 3% convenience charge. Otherwise you may pay your rental invoice via check.

We do offer discounts for our guests when staying 6 nights or more. Please view our Rates Page.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express and Discover through Square. Cash, Check and PayPal is also accepted.
